Here's the problem that most people don't understand.
Every application for credit someone makes...
Every loan that someone takes out...
Every piece of credit that a fraudster doesn't pay back...
Drags down their credit int the gutter and tarnishes their good reputation and payment history.
So when someone really wants to apply for any type of finance, loan contract or even a rental property...
The chances of getting approved become almost impossible.
They they're stuck waiting 5 - 7 years with a bad credit score OR paying thousands of dollars for someone to fix the mess for them.
So what do we tell people who've had their data leaked, breached or stolen and are worried about fraud conducted against them?
